+ What is CONNECT?

CONNECT is an in-house build Identity & Access Management solution aimed to unify Tan Chong eco-system with a single-sign on platform.
CONNECT aims to serve as a centralized login connecting new portal and legacy applications with the same identity, benefiting users to sign-on to authorize only CONNECT.
Users do not have to worry about managing multiple system access passcodes.

+ Why there is no login page for the respective application system?

Please inform that we have changed/migrated the system login page as CONNECT Login Page.

+ I can’t login into CONNECT

Please double check your Employee ID and password. Make sure you key-in correctly.

+ How do I reset my password?

For reset password, please contact IT Service Desk at it.servicedesk@tanchonggroup.com

+ I cannot access to certain or all Tan Chong system. How I can check?

Please check with your respective HOD to know which system you are able to login.
If you require access to any Tan Chong system, please send request to IT Service Desk and get approval from System Owner
